Our Food

One of the best elements of any holiday is the food, here at the Kybele we offer a wide range of cusine especially for you.

Our Head Chef Javid (known as Tommy) worked at the Otel On for over 11 years providing excellent Turkish Cusine.                

Breakfast

Our breakfast is one of the best within the bay area, consisiting of plump ripe turkish tomatos, locally grown cucumbers, olives and a selection of cheeses, fresh turkish bread (eck meck).  Each day Tommy provides a Turkish hot dish to accompny the breakfast as well as the traditional hard boiled eggs! We serve traditional turkish coffee or Nescafe and turkish Chi.

Poolside Snacks

We realise and appreciate that your holiday should be as relaxed as possible, you can order food to be served by the pool, or in the shade on the terrace from our mouthwatering selection which is available all day.

Evening Dinner

Everyone looks forward to dinner after your siesta, ready to sample exciting, mouthwatering Turkish food - hand prepared by Tommy and his team.  You can chose from, Fresh locally caught fish, traditional Lamb or Chicken Shish kebabs, or chose Tommy's wonderful "turkish meat balls" (Kofta) or traditional home made Gozleme to name but a few.......

                   

We keep a well stocked bar with the usual spirits that you will find in Turkey plus some great liquers and of course eveyone's favourite EFES
