The Kybele Hotel is situated on the Lycian Walk and our hotel is used by many walkers and treckers, we are happy to provide a comfortable base for you.

The Lycian Way has been rated by the Sunday Times as one of the 10 Best Walks in The World. Its paths, goat trails and tracks thread through Lycia and open up the ancient and modern history and culture of a stunningly beautiful region among some of the most hospitable people in the world.

Lycia is a small mountainous region that is steeped in ancient history. The Lycians were one of the earliest peoples of the ancient world, whose political sophistication, culture and commercial success were the envy of many larger and better-known civilisations. Your walking holiday is based in the picturesque traditional village of Adrasan, staying at the comfortable Kebele hotel, which offers a luxury terrace pool with stunning views of the Tauros mountains.

During your walks you will experience, first hand, the close-to-nature way of life of the local people who are partly descended from Turkish nomads known as “yörüks.
 
Returning to the Kybele after your walk you will be treated to sumptuous, fresh Turkish food, which is one of the great cuisines of the world.

What is included?

Your Flights – there are direct charter flights from UK and other parts of the world, alternatively you can fly to Istanbul and then take an internal flight to Antalya.

Getting to Us

The nearest airport is Antalya, which can be reached on direct flights or from Istanbul using internal flights.

What should you bring ?

• Comfortable walking boots
• Sunglasses, hat or head covering Sun cream (high factor) 
• Basic Medical items (plasters, antiseptic cream, insect repellent etc.)
• ....and of course your camera
• A hiking stick if you use one! 

Insurance
Please ensure that you have appropriate holiday insurance covering you against illness, injury, and loss or damage to luggage. This insurance should also cover the possibility of your having to cancel your holiday for any reason.
